The XT600 is a tablet press that retains the technology of KORSCH used in other mass production tablet presses, while pursuing higher speed and mass production along with improved operability and cleanliness. Designed for 24-hour continuous production, this tablet press boasts a production capacity of up to 1 million tablets per hour. In the case of producing double-layer tablets, the compression pressure for both the first and second layers is individually sampled and monitored during compression, allowing for single tablet discharge if the pre-set pressure range is exceeded. The machine features corner columns at all four corners, with large guard doors on all sides. Additionally, dust collection hoses, wiring, and peripheral devices are stored within these corner columns, further enhancing the operator's operability, visibility, and cleanliness. Of course, noise and vibration levels are kept very low, significantly improving the operator's working environment. It is fully compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP5, and supports the creation and storage of batch reports as an audit trail.
